Sound Baths for Seniors

Serenitees Sound Baths provide a carefully guided relaxation and meditation experience for the residents of senior living communities, using sound healing instruments such as crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle ambient musical sounds. Residents simply sit comfortably, listen, and enjoy. There is no physical effort required to participate, and sessions are accessible for all mobility levels.
